Booking Conditions

• Seasonal Rental Agreement: A signed rental contract is required for all stays.

• Security Deposit: €1,500 (payable by bank check, wire transfer, or credit card pre-authorization via Swikly).

• Payment Terms:

  • 25% deposit required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival date.

• Holiday Insurance: Guests are required to provide a certificate of "holiday liability insurance" (assurance villégiature) covering the duration of their stay.
