BLAUZAC is a charming village located in the eastern part of the Gard department, in the Occitanie region. Blessed with a warm Mediterranean climate, the area is crisscrossed by several gentle streams. It is conveniently situated within the Greater Nîmes area.
Every year at Easter... The Blauzac Flea Market: A family tradition for over thirty years!
What began as a small market with just fifteen stalls on the Church Square has grown into a major event. Thanks to the village's historic castle (a protected monument), its famous "capitelles" (dry-stone huts), and its prime location just 6 kilometers from Uzès, the market attracts more exhibitors and visitors every year.
Today, this Easter event has become a true local institution. It draws a loyal crowd, from casual strollers in search of a bargain and seasoned antique hunters to dedicated local sellers.
